I came to USA again in 2006 and I worked couple of week as Lifeguard at same area as previous year and also at Fairview Park Marriott hotel. Continue Reading... After that I have been promoted to management position and I became a Supervisor for Tyson’s Corner and Falls Church Area. It was different and much harder job than life guarding. I learned a lot about management, leadership and people. After season I successfully passed Lifeguard Instructor Training and I began work as hunter for Czech Republic. I was working as Scheduler during the summer of 2007. Beginning was hard but I took advantage of my previous experience as a supervisor. Working in office was great! I met a lot of new people I have gained valuable skills. I’m looking forward to next cooperation with High Sierra Pools, Inc. You never know what future awaits you. I study at Silesian University in Opava, School of Business Administration in Karvina. My major are European Studies and my sideline is Marketing and management. Continue Reading... I was hoping the next year I’ll be working there again. And it happened – but that time I was a pool manager. I had great time. Everybody knew me and we all enjoyed it so much – they (the members) had parties, we (the lifeguards) had parties we all had a party after the great season we had. We created friendships and we are still in touch – exchanging e-mails, pictures, stories. So, at the end of that incredible summer Sierra’s management offered me a training that goes together with a recruiter’s position for my country. Of course my answer was positive. I was excited, but I knew I had to work hard to improve my skill in that field as well. And I did. I worked hard, learned a lot, and Sierra was there to support me and help me out when I need it. The spring of 2007 I got my third visa to the United States of America. I arrived and started working at the office as a part of Human Resources Department. Spring and summer time were busy, the busiest time for seasonal business. My business administration skills (gained in the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria) helped me to manage my lifeguards, my computer (my major is computer science) and communication skills helped me in my everyday work as office an office assistant. And of course it’s not only work after all. I love traveling – Virginia Beach, Ocean City, North Carolina, Chicago, New York and a training trip to Peru. Movie nights, night walks close to Potomac River, disco clubs, parties all around - it’s FUN and you HAVE to try it!!!!" Your Name
